Arbor View Apartments

Arbor View Apartments is a multi-family low-income housing tax credit project consisting of 46-units spread out over three 3-story buildings. There is a recreation center, community center, community laundry room, tot lot, and a computer room, public transportation nearby and maintenance on site. Floorplan amenities include high speed internet, air conditioning, heating, smokefree environment, wheelchair accessible(rooms), appliances and balconies. Construction is Type V, wood-frame construction with color cast clay tile rooms, stucco exterior and wood trim accents designed as a classic California contemporary style.
