Larkspur Village is a multi-family low-income housing community serving 60 households (including one manager’s unit) earning 30% to 60% of the Area Median Income. The approximate 6.09-acre property includes seven 2-story buildings and a recreation building. Residents can choose from spacious two- and three-bedroom floor plans equipped with appliances and a private patio or balcony. There are many community amenities to enjoy such as a recreation center, community laundry room, picnic and BBQ area, pool, and a computer room. Construction is Type V, wood frame construction with color cast clay tile roofs, stucco exterior and wood trim and accents. The design will be a classic California contemporary style.
