Gina McAskill

As Vice President of Operations, Ms. McAskill is responsible for ensuring that all properties in our portfolio are maintaining program requirements set forth by the USCIS and other applicable entities.

Ms. McAskill is skilled in providing due diligence to lenders, paralegal work, and is instrumental in the timely closing of project financing. She has worked in the real estate development industry for 19 years and is specialized in developing and maintaining Partnership and Joint Venture relationships.

Previous to her work in Real Estate, Ms. McAskill served in the United States Marine Corps. for 5 years, where she developed the persistence, discipline, direction, and tactical planning capability required in the real estate business. Ms. McAskill has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management.
