Neil Socquet

Mr. Socquet is the Chief Operations Officer for Hanna Housing Inc. Neil brings over 34 years of real estate experience to  Hanna Housing.  Prior to Hanna Housing, Neil was Senior Vice President of Acquisitions for AIG SunAmerica.  Whilst at AIG, Neil was responsible for equity investment used for the development of affordable multi-family housing.

Neil has invested in over $4 Billion of American real estate projects throughout his career. Neil’s experience includes acquisitions and asset management of all types of real estate.  Prior to joining AIG SunAmerica, Neil was with MuniMae Midland where he was responsible for the acquisition of real estate in the western United States.

Before joining MuniMae Midland, Neil was Vice President of Asset Management at Alliant Asset Management where he was responsible for the management of over $500 million of affordable housing.  Prior to Alliant Asset Management, Neil was a Regional Vice President for Boston Financial Inc. where he was responsible for a portfolio of multifamily housing in Southern California.

Neil received his Bachelor’s Degree from Pepperdine University, Malibu California. Neil also received his Master’s Degree in Business Management from Pepperdine’s Graziadio School of Business.
