Nina Hanna

Nina Hanna is the President of Hanna Housing Inc., and oversees every aspect of each real estate development project – from market research, acquisition, financing to construction and quality control.

Ms. Hanna started her career working for Global Premier Development, an affordable housing developer that has built over 50 low-income housing communities in California.

Ms. Hanna is also an accomplished entrepreneur with a wealth of experience in mortgage financing and residential and commercial real estate. As the founder and president of both NewRate Lending, a full-service mortgage lending company, and Versailles Property, a commercial and residential real estate brokerage, Nina brings a strategic vision and hands-on leadership to every venture.

Ms. Hanna holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Pepperdine University and is a licensed California Real Estate Broker (ID: 01926305) and licensed Mortgage Loan Originator license. (NMLS 1031585). Known for her ability to foster strong relationships with clients, lenders, and investors, Nina is committed to driving growth and creating value in the ever changing real estate landscape.
